FoundHer: Embracing Growth and Balance in Our Brand Journey

At FoundHer, balance is the key to wellness. As a small but mighty team of two (soon to be three!), we have worked tirelessly behind the scenes to bring our vision to life. While our absence on social media may have left some wondering about our presence, we assure you that progress has happened offline. Today, we are thrilled to announce the launch of our new branding, which reflects our growth, adaptability, and commitment to helping individuals find purpose, realign, and live authentically. This is an exciting milestone for FoundHer, and we are grateful for your continued support, patience, and faith in our mission.

Evolution and Expansion:

Since its launch two years ago, FoundHer has undergone significant growth and transformation. We have refreshed our website, expanded our services based on invaluable client feedback, and adapted our logo to reflect the strides we have made. Our new logo and overall look symbolize our continuous evolution as a platform dedicated to wellness. We take pride in serving women and men (yes, they have been brave enough to have said yes to vulnerability!) who have bravely joined us on this empowering journey. FoundHer has actively collaborated with other companies, shared resources, volunteered, and shaped mindsets in Canada and beyond the last two years and a half. Our mission is not small, and we are thrilled to share this exciting milestone with you.

Balancing Work and Life:

As a team, we understand the importance of balance in both business and personal lives. FoundHer's commitment to wellness extends beyond its offerings to the very core of our existence. We recognize that while working hard is crucial, it's equally essential to carve out time for personal growth, self-care, and living life to the fullest. This belief has guided us in making the necessary sacrifices to ensure that our business thrives while we also thrive as individuals. So yes, sometimes we have no more space to show up and do what everyone is doing! Camila struggles with that piece since her core tells me to be authentic, and she doesn’t want to show if it is not. Her personal work is also part of her business so you can imagine everyday learning!

With our new branding and refreshed energy, we are eager to expand our story and strengthen our online presence. As we continue this purpose-driven mission, we are grateful for the unwavering support of our team, collaborators, and the community. We are committed to providing valuable resources, inspiration, and guidance to help you navigate your wellness journey. SLOWLY, but surely! We know the vision; we have it crystal clear!
